An exciting new job role has come up in our award-winning business: Assistant to the General Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion and interest in food and hospitality, product knowledge, an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and good computer skills. Management experience in hospitality or retail is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Alison, our General Manager, with the day-to-day, smooth running of the business, including providing backup for the busy café and shop in busy periods
  • Responsibility for running the business in the General Manager’s absence
  • Leading teams and liaising between different departments
  • Using the EPOS system to create products, booking in/purchase orders, stock control and invoicing

Salary is dependent on experience.

4/5 days, including one weekend day.
