Enjoy great food indoors and out at Cedarbarn

Hearty Yorkshire food

Whether you fancy brunch, coffee and a cake, a sit down lunch or a barista coffee and a snack to eat outside whilst the children are playing, you’ll find everything you need at the award winning Cedarbarn café.

We cater for a variety of dietary requirements, so please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.

We served brunch 9am to 11:30am Monday to Saturday and until 11am on a Sunday. Hot lunches are served 12pm to 2:30pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday lunch 11:45am to 3pm.

*Please note: We have a limited number of tables that we can reserve at 12 pm Monday to Saturday. Booking is essential for Sunday lunch. Please call 01751 475614 and select option 2 to book. We may not be able to get to the phone in the café during busy times, so please call before 10.00 am or after 2.30 pm. Thank you.

**Please follow the link to view a sample Sunday lunch menu. Starters and desserts change weekly, but there is always a soup option to start and 'something with delicious Cedarbarn custard' to finish. Mains always have a beef, lamb, pork, chicken and vegetarian option.**

Our award-winning café is popular with locals and visitors to North Yorkshire alike. That's because we focus on preparing traditional, wholesome food with the freshest ingredients possible - many of which we grow ourselves.

Customers can sit and relax in the contemporary café or in our beautifully landscaped outdoor garden, taking in the lovely views whilst enjoying good hearty fare.

We have a choice of eating areas and menus for your convenience.

You can choose from any of the menus below if you're eating in the Café or on the Terrace, you can opt to dine from our Airstream Trailer* for eating on the lawn or in the Dutch Barn with your four-legged friends, or you can grab a sandwich and a drink from the farm shop to go, or to enjoy outdoors.

*Open weekends weather permitting, from April.

We're open seven days a week, so whether you're a local passing by, or you’re on holiday in the area, please call in and taste our fantastic, farm-fresh cooking for yourself.

*Please note* Dogs are not permitted inside in the Café but are welcome on the outdoor Café Terrace and on the Lawn. Please bear this in mind when making a reservation.
