We won the Rural Business of the Year Award!
The Cedarbarn team are over the moon to have won another award!
Last week, we beat stiff competition from Soanes Poultry (whose delicious chicken we’re proud to stock); our friends at Homestead Kitchen, Goathland; Moss Valley Fine Meats; Timmstock Farming and The Wensleydale Experience to win the Rural Business of the Year category in the seventh Yorkshire Post Rural Awards.
Our co-founder, Mandy Avison said: “We’re over the moon to have won the Rural Business Award. The Avison family has farmed in the Pickering area for generations and we’re proud of the contribution that we make to our rural community and grateful for the support they give us.”
The winners were announced at an awards ceremony at The Pavilions in Harrogate on Thursday, 28th September.
