Praise for the team

We know that we have an amazing team at Cedarbarn, but it’s nice when people take the time to tell us. We were delighted to receive these two e-mails on the same day:

“I visited Cedarbarn for the first time yesterday with some friends and would just like to say how impressed I was with your Café. There was a wide range of food to choose from on your menu to suit every taste and the customer service was excellent. The staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful and the environment was bright and relaxing. I will be recommending you to my friends and hope to visit myself again in the not too distant future.” SA 20-03-24

“Hi there, I have been in for lunch today with my mum and as usual Louise was running things in the Café. I just wanted to say how brilliant she is and how lucky you are to have her. She is so unfailingly cheerful, and full of energy. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and she takes the time to check if everyone is happy, and remembers us from visit to visit. The whole team are good, but she is absolutely outstanding. This might shock you, but from time to time I actually visit other cafés (sorry) and I would be struggling to think of anyone in her class, anywhere. Please pass on my thanks for her efforts.” CP 20-03-24
