In praise of our butchers
We’re always very grateful when people take time out to send us an email and we love this fabuous feedback for our butchery team:
“We bought a piece of sirloin from you that the butcher prepared in front of us. It was expertly done and looked really good, but the proof of the ‘pudding’ is of course in the eating and I wanted to let you know how tender it was and how delicious it tasted, we really have enjoyed it.
