Coronation Cocktail Recipes

To celebrate World Cocktail Day today, we’re sharing the recipes for the special Coronation Cocktails that we served with our Coronation brunch last Saturday.

Elderflower and Gin Cocktail

Serves 8

250ml York Gin

200ml elderflower cordial

1l Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice

Mix the gin and the cordial together in a small jug.

When ready to serve, divide the mixture between eight glasses, top up with apple juice and serve with ice, sliced apple and raspberries

to taste.

Strawberry and Lime Bellini

Serves 6

 75ml Belvoir Strawberry and Lime Cordial

Bottle of Prosecco

Mix the cordial and the prosecco together in a large jug.

When ready to serve, divide the mixture between six glasses and serve with ice and fresh strawberries to taste.
