Congratulations, Lauren!

We’re delighted to share the news that we have promoted our former bookkeeper, Lauren Turnbull, to the new position of Assistant General Manager.

Lauren will support General Manager, Alison Riley with managerial responsibilities, staffing, general enquiries and overseeing the shop and café when required. She has managed the accounts function at Cedarbarn since 2019 and will continue to fulfil her bookkeeping, wages and admin commitments.

Of the new job, Lauren said: “The team here are great and I’m looking forward to being more involved in all aspects of the business.”

Lauren lives with her husband, Ben, and daughter, Lily, on the family farm near Kirkbymoorside and enjoys riding her horse, walking her dogs and playing hockey for Pickering when she’s not working.
